I just spent some time on Amazon adding things to my wish list. It was fun. Like shopping, but without spending money! Mostly I was doing it for my mom who has been bugging me about what to get me for my birthday. Plus, I thought it might be nice for Doug who never seems to have a clue about what I want. I really wanted to put some houseware type stuff on there, but I'm saving that stuff for a wedding registry (someday...).

Speaking of which, did I tell you we got our first wedding gift? It was from Doug's grandma. She got us an 85 piece flatware set. It's Oneida, so it is at least a decent brand. I'm sure she ordered it from the back of a catalog or something. Still, it's the thought that counts, right? I guess she's afraid she won't be around when we get married or something like that. It's crazy. I told Doug we need to send her a thank you note, but he doesn't seem to think so. I'll probably send one anyway.

Hey post your list here! I'd like to see it. Maybe I'll do one too, sound like fun.
