- Chicken Enchilada Chili
- Chicken Sausage Stuffed Bell Peppers (going to use regular chicken instead of sausage)
- Raspberry Beef w/Asparagus (Adapted from this recipe)
- Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf
- Chicken Tender Chopped Salad

That meatloaf looks good and I really want to include more fish (eww...) in our diet, because I know it is good for us.
I seem to have developed a taste for fish in my old age. :) I like it best broiled with lemon and butter and can barely stand it fried these days. (Although Long Johns Silvers would tempt me if there was one around).
It's the same with tomatoes. I never, ever used to eat tomoatoes on anything except spaghetti. Now I eat them plain as a side dish and love them! I practically have to buy cherry tomatoes in bulk.
Weird how tastes change.
BTW, Chicken Enchilada Chili is going in the crockpot tonight! We'll eat it tomorrow night.
