We're really trying to eat at home more--we eat out WAY too often! It's embarrasing, actually.
To make this easier on myself, I've chosen only five recipies to cook this week. I'm not going to assign days, just going to commit myself to making these dishes.
- Pork ribs with Balsamic Onion-Fig Relish & Roasted Asparagus -- MADE THIS! **1/2 Stars
- Chicken and Summer Vegetable Tostadas & Black Bean Salad
- Lentil Pecan Burgers -- Made a ton of changes to the recipe, but oh my god, these are flippin' awesome! FIVE STARS!
- Chicken Sausage Stuffed Bell Peppers
- Turkey Sausage - Gnocchi Soup -- MADE THIS! **** Stars!!! YUM!
I'll report back on how I did, but please keep me honest by asking me how everything was!

First of all, sorry it's taken me so long to post! I have gotten way behind, since my computer bit the dust.
Second those all sound yummy and I think we tried a similar post last year, but in my pregnant state, I couldn't keep up. So I'm going to try too. We're really bad about eating out, especially on the weekends.
How did the other 3 recipes turn out?
Umm... They didn't get made yet. :( Mainly because stuff got derailed with Josh having two doctor appointments this week (and one of them at 7:00 pm!)
Planning to go to the store today to get the rest of the ingredients.
