I think the kid in the costume was a girl, actually. did you notice the puffed sleeves on her sweater? Who says she can't be a girl gnome anyway? Put her in a skirt instead of pants and forget the beard. As long as you have the pointy red hat, I'm sure it would be a recognizable (sp?) costume.

Okay, so I showed Josh the costume and he's still against Hazel being a "Gnome-ette" but now HE wants to dress up like a gnome for halloween!
