Here's what I have in mind, so far.

Pedestal Sink
Faucet
Toilet
Lighting
We also need other fun things like an exhaust fan, new flooring and towel racks. We probably won't get this stuff at Lowe's either. Menards seems to be cheapest of them all, but they don't have much selection on their website.

The sink is really pretty, too. We had a pedestal sink in our house in St. Joe and it was so pretty and classic looking.
