As per your request:
Stuffed Peppers: We substitute ground turkey for beef, brown rice for white, no onion (but I bet it would be good!), and add a can of mushrooms & sometimes a can of diced tomatoes. Cheese on top is optional. Easy & yummy!
Chateau Avalon: The Camelot Suite is kind of pricey (especially this time of year!), but the Renaissance Suite reminds of our rooms at the Excalibur, but better! And I misquoted the price earlier. That's the price for a Sunday night in September. It's a little bit more this time of year.
Also, not a link, but I'm thinking of doing a half-updo for the wedding. I know I said I felt more comfortable with it up, because I wouldn't have to worry about my hair falling, but I kind of figured that after all this time growing my hair out, it would be a shame to pile it all on top of my head for the day. So be one the lookout for a pretty style for me!

That hotel is awesome! I love the website, too. The theme music to go with each room is funny.
Ahhh... Camelot! Gorgeous room. I see what you mean about the renaissance room, though. It looks alot like Excalibur, only way nicer!
Doug liked the Hemingway Suite, because it has a fireplace. I don't think we'll need a fireplace in September, but whatever!
I like Hemingway, too. Very posh and cozy looking.
