Things you probably already knew...or maybe not.

I saw this on a co-worker's site and couldn't resist!

[What is your secret, guaranteed weeping movie?] I'm good at sniffling my way through lots of movies, but probably the one I cried the most through was The Story of Us. It may have had something to do with the fact that I had recently broken up with my boyfriend the first time I saw it, but it still makes me teary eyed anyway. Also, Steel Magnolias & Stepmom and pretty much anything with a wedding or a baby being born or someone dying.

[If you could have plastic surgery, what would you have done?] Boob job? Not really...I don't know. I guess liposuction, maybe. But if I had enough money for that, shouldn't I have enough money to do something less invasive, like join a gym (speaking of which, I did do that...I'm starting on Monday.)

[Do you have a completely irrational fear?] Yes, doesn't everyone? I'm afraid of falling down the stairs. Probably because I've done it so many times, but I'm afraid of falling and seriously hurting myself. I also used to be afraid of twisty slides (all it takes is one bad experience), but that one doesn't seem to bother me anymore.

[What is the little physical habit that gives away your insecure moments?] I start to blush and can't come up with anything intelligent to say.

[Are you a pyromaniac?] No, I do love my candles though.

[Do you have too many love interests?] Just the one.

[Do you know anyone famous?] Not really...well locally, I guess. I do know somone who is related to someone really famous though, does that count?

[Who would play you in a movie?] I have no idea.

[Do you know how to play poker?] I can play okay. I'm not great though.

[What do you carry with you at all times?] Cell phone, chapstick, and lotion.

[What do you miss most about being a kid?] Hanging out with my friends.

[Are you happy with your given name?] I used to not be, but now I don't think it is so bad.

[How much money would it take to get you to give up the Internet for one year?] It's already been about 8 months, and I'm doing okay, so I guess it wouldn't take much. If you mean give it up everywhere, including work then it might take a little more.

[What color is your bedroom?] White walls, wood trim. Nothing spectacular. I did just buy a new comforter set that is beige, muted burgundy, sage, and kind of a rust color. That doesn't sound like it looks very good, but I liked it.

[What was the last song you were listening to?] Whatever was on the radio.

[Have you ever been in love?] A couple of times. This time it's forever though.

[Do you talk a lot?] It depends on who I'm around. I can hold my own most of the time.

[Do you like yourself and believe in yourself?] Yes.

[Do you consider yourself to be a nice person?] Yes.

[What is your ideal marriage location?] At this point anywhere. I just want to get married! :-)

[Which musical instrument do you wish you could play?] Piano.

[Favorite fabric?] Anything really soft.

[Something you love and hate?] Food.

[What's the one language you want to learn?] I know some Spanish, but I'd like to be fluent. Italian would be nice too.

[How do you eat an apple?] I would eat alot more of them if they were sliced.

[What do you order at a bar?] In a bar, beer. If I'm at a restaurant a margarita.

[Have you ever pierced your body parts?] Just my ears.

[Do you have any tattoos?] Yes, one of a ladybug on my right ankle.

[Do you drive a stick?] No, but I would like to learn...just in case.

[What's one trait you hate in a person?] Negativity.

[Do you consider yourself materialistic?] I can be, but most of the time I can't afford it.

[What do you cook the best?] I love my enchiladas. I'm actually a much better cook than I thought I would ever be.

[Favorite writing instrument?] Since I'm no longer in school, mostly ink pens. Medium ball point ones.

[Do you prefer to stand out or blend in?] Mostly, blend in, I think. Maybe not so much anymore.

[Would you ever go out dressed like the opposite sex?] Yes, but only because guy's clothes are so much more comfortable.

[What's one car you will never buy?] It used to be a minivan, but the older I get the better they are starting to look.

[What kind of books do you like to read?] Anything with a pretty cover. Mostly general fiction with a a few romances and mysteries here and there.

[If you won the lottery, what would you do?] Pay off my bills. Travel. Shop. Buy a house. Go back to school. Give money to my family and friends.

[Burial or cremation?] Burial.

[How many online journals do you read regularly?] Not as many as I used to. No constant internet at home.

[What's one thing you're a loser at?] Staying motivated.

[If you don't like a person, how do you show it?] Avoid them.

[Do you cry in front of your friends?] Yes.

[What kind of first impression do you think you give people?] Sweet and nice.

[What's one thing you like to do alone?] Read, I never knew that until Doug and I moved in together. Oh to be able to read all by myself, so no one can interrupt me.

[Are you a giver or a taker?] Mostly a giver, I think.

[When's the last time you cried?] New Year's Eve.

[Favorite communication method?] Phone or in person.

[How many drinks before you're tipsy?] Too few. I'm such a lightweight anymore.

[Do you think you're cute?] Most days.

[Do you have problems changing clothes in front of friends?] Not really.

[Favorite type of music?] I don't really have one. I really just a radio hopper. I'm also really bad about playing the same CD for weeks on end in my car.

[What is the sexiest thing the opposite sex can wear that catches your eye?] Nice clothes in general. No ratty t-shirts or comfy clothes. Something that looks like you took a second with your appearance before you walked out the door.

[Are you a workaholic?] I don't think so.

[What are your kids names?] Jarrett Thane for a boy and Lauren Elizabeth for a girl.

[Do you watch a lot of television?] More than I should.

[Do you like to shop?] Yes, most definitely.

[What is your hidden talent?] I don't know. It must still be hidden.

[Would you die to save the life of someone you deeply love?] Yes.

[Are your friends married or single?] Mostly married.

[Do you own a Bible?] Yes.

[What version is it?] King James Version, I think.

[Do you play chess?] No.

[Do you like the rain?] Sometimes, unless it is preventing me from doing something.

[Do you like thunderstorms?] Not especially.

[What's your favorite website] My own, I guess.

[What was your weight when you were born?] 6 pounds, 4 ounces.

[What time were you born?] I think it was around 5 in the afternoon. I'd have to check to be sure.
